By placing an Order with us you are agreeing to abide by these legal terms and conditions.
Payments
We accept payment through our shopping basket via PayPal. This is because it allows you, the customer, to use your PayPal account if you have one, or pay by card if you don’t. PayPal accepts payments from all major debit and credit cards.
Miniatures out of stock
We do our best to keep items in stock, but as a tiny business this is not always possible. Likewise we regularly monitor stock available to buy in the online shop, but sometimes there are mistakes. If there are any problems we will mail your straight away and offer an alternative or refund for the unavailable item(s). If you see something isn’t available when trying to order, just email us and we will notify you when they are restocked.
Postage and Packing costs
These costs are for worldwide international shipping, we apply a universal shipping rate to make things simpler for everyone. This is applied at the point of sale when you click the order button.
Under £10 = 45%
under £25 = 12%
under £150 = 10%
over £150 = free
All orders will be sent out via standard Royal Mail services.
If you require your order to send via Special or Recorded Delivery please order through the web site as usual and then e-mail us with your request. We will then arrange with you for the service you require and take additional payment via Paypal.
Health & Safety
Our miniatures are cast from white metal and resin, it will say which in the items description. Depending on the model they might need assembly and cleaned up with a craft knife and file. We advise taking care and supervising children.

Mailing List
If you have subscriber to our e-mail newsletter. We will send out an irregular email with details of our new releases, special offers and any other news. If you want to stop receiving these, there’s an unsubscribe option at the end of the mail.
Orders
Please make sure your email details with your order and postal address is correct so we can contact you. Remember to update your information on paypal if you move house or your details change. Our contact details are on our Antediluvian Miniatures contact page and below. Please note that by placing an order with us, you agree to our terms and conditions.
Privacy & Data Protection
We will store an electronic copy of all orders received, just a name and the order, the main information is stored via paypal and is protected by their security methods, likewise the mailchimp newsletter information is handled by them, we have access to the subscriber information, but it is not stored on our computers, used in any other way or shared with anyone, we will never pass your details onto anybody else. When we run a kickstarter, we have that information from kickstarter and use it to process orders, this will be as an excel sheet on our computer, and again, never shared with anyone or used for anything else. We are happy to discuss further any time what information we have , why, how it is handled and what it is used for.
Shipping
We aim to ship most days via the Royal Mail, we get proof of posting for everything we send out. If your order goes missing contact us and we will investigate.
Shipping Times
We normally get your order processed and posted by the next working day after we have received it,
Most small UK orders go 2nd class (2 days), larger ones go 1st (next day) or Parcel (3-4 days). Outside the UK we use Airmail, which normally takes 3-4 days for Europe and 4-6 days for the Rest of the World. Overseas customers be aware that orders are often delayed by customs, and that also you’re responsible for any import duties on your order. However Please allow 28 days for your order to arrive from getting your e-mail confirmation, most will be much faster than this, but some delays that our outside of our control do occur.
Where is my order?
Delivery times above do not include delays which might include holidays, severe weather, or in the case of international shipping, customs holdups or handling by another mail service. If you don’t have your order the number of days noted above after you get a confirmation email saying your order has been ‘Completed’, please allow 14 days (UK) or 28 days (international) before contacting us. We’ll also need some details from you in order to file a claim with the Royal Mail.
Missing or Faulty Items
If your miniatures do not arrive in the condition advertised, or there are missing items, Please email us so we can resolve the problem.
Returns and Refunds
If you don’t like anything we send you, we will refund you in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations. Simply return it to our address at your cost, and we’ll refund you, less the original postage cost.
